Atribuições:
You will be in an important position speaking directly to our clients and gathering important information leading to improvements.
- Ensure a daily follow up on customers’ claims and returns
- Open inquiries over untracked commissions
- Help develop improvement plans related to the Customer Service area
- Help other areas understand more about the client and their needs
Requisitos:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate program (Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields;
- Fluent English (will be tested);
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
- Commitment, Iniciative and adaptability;
Salário: R$ 800,00
